Jesus Know Your Pain

Jesus knows all of the pain we go through. He knows the grief, the sorrows, the disappointment,

the brokenness we go through. And that is why we need to go to Him with all those things.

He not only knows what we are going through but He is deeply acquainted with it because He

Went through all those things. He totally understands what you are going through more than the

Closest person in your life may know!

“He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief,

as one from whom men hide their faces and he was despised, and we esteemed him not.”

Isaiah 53:3

What a title. The Man of Sorrows!

And that is why we need to go to Him with our pain, sorrow, brokenness and grief. He wants you to

Help you in your dark times, when you are in pain, broken and in grief. So don’t go through it alone.

Tell Him what you are struggling with. Be open and transparent with everything you are facing.

He cares and loves you so much.

But there is more!

There is a promise we need to hold onto in the valley of death, an amazing promise that He has

promised us.

“Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh.”

Luke 6:21

You may be weeping now but Jesus promises you will laugh. It may seem unlikely at the moment but

His promise will be fulfilled in your life. Don’t let the devil lie to you that things won’t change, that the

Darkness will stay. It’s not true. Hold on to God’s promises instead.

“Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

Psalm 30:5

I love this!

So first we see laughter and now in this verse we see joy. There will be a turnaround in your life.

God is so good. He will bring healing to you.

“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me

With gladness, that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks

to you forever!”

Psalm 30:11, 12

Because of Him there will be laughter, joy and now dancing!

How great is His love toward us!

So whatever you are going through at the moment, know that it won’t last. The Lord is with you and will

Help you. He won’t leave you in the valley of death.

And as I close I want to remind you to bring Him your pain, your grief, brokenness and sorrow.

He is the Man of Sorrows and knows what you are going through. He wants you to walk in the amazing

Promises he has for you. He wants to heal you and He wants you to walk in freedom.

Trust Him to make a way for you. You may not see how He will turn things around but that’s where faith

Comes in. Put your faith in Him to heal you of the pain you have.

You are His son and daughter and He will breakthrough for you.

He is not done with you friend.

Bless you

When you are having a bad day…

“This is the day which the Lord has brought about;
we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
Psalm 118:24
The day ahead didn’t look good. I had just got up and was thinking about the day.
The problems I had were big and I had no answer to them. But as I got into my quiet
time Psalm 118:24 stood out to me. I know it was God speaking to me.
Even though I had big problems I was at peace knowing God was in control. And that’s
what Psalm 118:24 is talking about. There will be bad days because we live in a broken
world and because we have an enemy but because God is the Creator He has filled our
days with goodness, mercy, peace, happy endings, breakthrough, healing, victory and
the list goes on and on.
No matter how bad our days get know that God is in control. He will make a way for you
through the trials and hardships of the day. When you get up declare Psalm 118:24.
When I got to the end of my day I realized God had sorted all the problems I got up
thinking about. As I gave Him each problem He helped me and came to my rescue.
The enemy’s plan was to mess up my day but God stepped in and delivered me.
Find God in your day for this is the day He has made.
Bless you friends.

You will laugh again…

“And Sarah said, “God has made me laugh.

Everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.

No one thought that I would be able to have Abraham’s child.

But I have given Abraham a son while he is old.”

Genesis 21:6

This spoke to me deeply. We live in a world saturated with darkness and in the darkness,

it’s hard to see God’s hand. It’s hard at times to see the good things He is doing for us.

Sarah was promised a child from God but she was barren and as the years went by she passed

the age of childbearing. It may have seemed like it was over but God was not done. He was going

to fulfill His promise to her. He fulfilled His promise to her!

He gave her a baby like He promised.

Where there was disappointment and hoplessness the Lord replaced it with laughter.

And that’s all we can do when He does good things for us. That’s all we can do when

He is faithful.

You may be in a dark place right now where nothing seems to be going right but know your

situation will turn around for the better. You will laugh again. The Lord will fulfill what He promised

you. It may seem like the dark times will never end but they will. You will have victory, and you will

have success. The Lord will not let you down.

What are you believing for currently? Don’t give up. Keep your hope alive.

A day is coming filled with laughter, your laughter!

Expect Him to move on your behalf.

Bless you, friends

Life as a pencil…….

THOUGHT OF THE DAY.

A friend sent me something I thought I would share with you. Hope you enjoy it.

A pencil marker taught the pencil 5 important lessons:

1. Everything you touch will always leave a mark.

2. The mistakes you make can always be corrected.

3. Your most important asset is what is inside of you.

4. In life you will undergo some painful sharpening that will make you a better pencil.

5. To be the best you must allow yourself to be held and guided by the hand that holds you.

Like a pencil you must allow God to be the HAND that guides you throughout your life.

I hope you enjoyed reading that like I did my fellow “pencils”.    Hahaha

God bless.
