He wants us to win…..

THOUGHT OF THE DAY

I had this thought today that I needed to share with you.

It brings YAH joy when we win, when we are victorious. He wants to see us win.

He is not happy when we in pain, losing, failing, in despair.

He wants us to be victorious, to prosper, to succeed.

Paul as he neared the end of his life made a bold proclamation,

“I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith.

Now, a crown is waiting for me. I will get that crown for being right with God.

The Lord is the judge rightly, and He will give me the crown on that Day.”

2 Timothy 4:7

The Lord gave Paul the victory. He helped Paul to win and that is why he spoke so boldly.

The Lord wanted Paul to win and the enemy wanted him to fail, but never succeeded in derailing

him. Paul would fall yes, but the Lord lifted him up. He never stayed down. The Lord was

with him in those times that felt like he had lost.

We are not alone friends. The Lord’s desire is for us to win, to be victorious.

Don’t be discouraged. The Lord is on your side helping you.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Blessings to you friends….

When faith fails….

“Jesus asked the boy’s father, “how long has he been like this?

From childhood,” he answered. It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him.

But if You can do anything, take pity on us and help us.”

“If you can? said Jesus. Everything is possible for one who believes.

Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

Mark 9:21-24

“If you can do anything” was what the man told Yeshua. He wasn’t sure He could

heal his son. Nothing had worked till that point.

But this is the thing, when coming to the Lord you need to have faith. Faith as small as a mustard

seed is better than coming to Him with nothing.

The man’s faith failed him……

I understand that totally. My faith in the Lord has failed a few times not because He failed me

but because I  was either impatient or I didn’t understand.

Nothing is impossible for Him and that’s the truth.

He helped the man in his moment of weakness.

He can do the same thing for you and me when our faith falls.

So when you lose hope, when you think He can’t do something cry out to Him for help.

He can help you in your moment of weakness.

He wants us to always come to Him in faith no matter how small it is.

The enemy on the other hand wants to destroy any kind of faith we have in YAH.

He wants us to worry, be anxious, and fear.

Don’t let him win. Don’t believe the lies he tells you.

The Lord is forever faithful. He can be trusted and no matter how bad things seem He will

come through for you. He will fulfill everything He promised you. He will never let you down!

Hold on to the word with all that you have. Come to Him in faith always no matter how small!

Bless you.

Don’t stop speaking what you trusting God for….

THOUGHT OF THE DAY

“And behold, a woman who had suffered from a flow of blood for twelve years

came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His garment;

For she kept saying to herself, If I only touch His garment, I shall be restored to

health. “

Matthew 9:20, 21

The woman with the issue of blood kept on speaking what she wanted by faith!

She had tried another way (various physicians) before

but that way never worked.

But when she heard of all Yeshua did a glimmer of hope began to light up.

In the midst of dead ends there was a glimmer of hope.

So off she went and kept on speaking, not once, or twice or three times…..

The word says she kept on speaking. Who knows how many times that was.

She kept speaking what she wanted in her life. She could see her healing now.

Man had failed her but this MAN would not. She would receive what she needed.

There was no longer doubt. In its place was faith in Yeshua!

At the end of the story she received her healing!

She kept on speaking what she wanted in her life and by faith received it.

When I read this story today during my quiet time I couldn’t help thinking about how I

speak on a daily basis.

The woman with the issue of blood, kept speaking…..

Firstly I need to speak out the right things. I need to speak out my faith in Yeshua.

I am believing in Yeshua for a lot of things in my life so that is what I should be speaking.

What I am believing Him to do is what I should be speaking.

The second thing is to keep on speaking.

I shouldn’t stop. I should keep on speaking what I want to see happen in my life.

How have you been speaking? Have you been speaking the right things?

Are you consistently speaking what you trusting YAH to do for you?

Are you speaking life?

Bless you friends….

Failure as a Teacher!

Everyone has failed at one time or the other. Failing is painful but it is necessary if we are to grow and mature. Everyone fails and that is a fact but why is failing key to growth? Why should we embrace failure and not run from it when it comes? I believe failure makes you stronger and it sets your bounce back power for other battles. Let me give you a real life example of what I mean.

When I was still trying to get my drivers license I was met with failure after failure. It was hard for me especially when friends of mine were just getting theirs just like that. One month turned to two months then four months then a year until it got to two years!! I cried, and shouted at God. I could not understand it. There came a time I even gave up! I didn’t want to hear about driving or cars or driving tests. After months of not trying I realized I had to try again. Eventually after a total of 28 attempts I got my license!!! It was one of my best days ever but I realized how I could of set a low level for myself by either giving up and making excuses or buying my license which I was advised to do and which was very easy to do and still is!  If I had done either of those two things I would of set my level for other challenges that would come my way. I would of given up or made excuses or even bribed my way out of a problem but instead when a problem came I found myself enduring and pushing and refusing to give up!!! Where did that come from? I believe it came from not giving up in previous battles. As i kept pushing I was getting stronger. It comes from seeing failure as a teacher and not an obstacle that can’t be overcome! God needed me to be stronger on the inside so He allowed failure to come.

Failure is a teacher, a hard teacher but one which will get you to where God wants you to be if you will react in the right way. Don’t be afraid to fail. You will need failure if you are to succeed! The two work hand in hand. Just because you have failed at something doesn’t mean you are a loser, it just means you have failed. Get up and try again. If you fail again get up and try yet again. Your failures don’t define you, trusting God and you taking a stand does!

Failures are not meant to destroy you but they are there to prepare you for the next storm, they are there to make you stronger.

God bless
