“Who rises up for me against the wicked?
Who stands up for me against evildoers?

The question is obviously rhetorical. The author knows that its God who stands up and rises up for us.
But do you know that?
I want to encourage you in way of reminding you that God stands up for you when trouble comes your way.
God is the one who rises up for you when giants surround threatening to take you out.
He is the one who lights your path and shines his light when there is confusion and you don’t know what to do.
You can call on Him because he is with you.
