THOUGHT OF THE DAY.
“Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it], for many,
I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.”
Luke 13:24
I love the picture this verse paints.
Many people think that once they get born again there is no more
work to be done. But that’s not true.
We need to constantly be aware of how we are living out our faith.
It’s no secret what the enemy’s agenda is, seek, kill and destroy.
We need to constantly take stock of where we are.
What are our thoughts like? Are they in line with the word of God?
Are our spirits healthy or are they starving?
Is our relationship with God getting more and more intimate or
are so lost that we can’t see or hear Him anymore??
Is He the One we put our entire faith in or are we still doing things
in our own strength??
The word today is a simple one,
There is work to be done.
The life of a believer is not one lived on auto pilot.
In humbleness of heart we need to constantly come to Yeshua crying out
for His help, pleading with Him to renew us day in and day out.
Without Him we will fail over and over again.
Without Him we won’t finish the race that is set before us.
That’s something we need to understand through and through!
