THOUGHT OF THE DAY
As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:1-2 NIV)
Now is the time of God’s favor!
Now is the day of salvation!
Now is the time. Not tomorrow, not a month from now,
not a year from now…….
But what does that really mean for us??
It means……
God has heard us today!
He has helped us today!
God wants us to step out because He knows His favor is with us!
Don’t be concerned that He hasn’t heard you because He has!
Today He has heard you, today He has helped you!
Don’t wait for things to happen in the future because the truth
is, they are happening right now!!!
God has a plan for you but it starts now and not a few years
down the road…..
Recieving God’s grace in vain would be walking around
like He hasn’t heard you….
It would be acting like you have already lost….
It would be thinking you have no help as you face
the mountains in your life
It would be acting like He has abandoned you!
But that is not true. His grace is with you.
He has heard you
He has helped you
He is with you
He is standing with you at the foot of the mountain
He is always with you
The time is now!
