The writers pen

I love this post because it paints a beautiful picture of a pen, me! I am a pen in the hands of God which He uses to write His story on the pages of life. I am not the best pen but He still uses me…….

  1. This reminds me of a few other verses as well…

2 Corinthians 3:3 says, “…you are a letter of Christ…inscribed not with ink but with the SPIRIT of the living God; not in tablets of hearts of stone but in tablets of hearts of flesh.” This shows that the Lord writes on our hearts as the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:17).

Ephesians 3:17 says, “that Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith…”

Finally Psalm 45:1 says, “My heart overflows with a good matter. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer. I speak what I have composed concerning the King.”

As He writes on us, the issue and result is that we can’t help but speak concerning Him! Amen 🙂
